Voyageur thrives due to the support of its loyal and generous Patron Donors. Our 35-year-old magazine is a growing enterprise that requires adequate staff, facilities, services, and funding.
Becoming a Patron Donor is an important way to show support for Voyageur and its mission of preserving Northeast Wisconsin history. Past patron support has helped fund the growth of our professional staff, the printing of special editions like our Wisconsin Sesquicentennial Issue, increased marketing efforts, and our general day-to-day operating costs. Donations also look to the future and contribute to Voyageur’s long-term financial stability.
The names of Patron Donor are published in each issue of Voyageur. All Patron Donors receive a one-year subscription to Voyageur, and those donating at the Trader level and above receive additional gift subscriptions. Donations can be made for any amount above $30. Contributions to Voyageur are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Voyageur is published by the Brown County Historical Society, a 501(c)(3) organization.
